Repair Management
‘SureFleet’ has a dedicated engineering team that can provide engineering services from remote desktop inspections to physical visits and all engineers are able to work to a ‘client’ individual service level agreement. Our engineers will also oversee repair management claims and monitor the entire repair process and timescales taken.
Vehicle Recovery
From motorbikes and vans through to plant machinery our nationwide network of recovery work 24 hours a day 365 days a year to ensure that your drivers and vehicles are never left stranded. Our recovery agents are instructed within 10 minutes of our Fleet Team receiving notification of the incident and are then strictly monitored to ensure that we reach your driver and vehicle as soon as possible.
Repair Network
Over 130 strong, Repair Network offer a full nationwide coverage. All are either PAS 125 industry kitemark accredited or hold manufacturers approvals, assuring correct repair methods are employed and that the highest standards are achieved every time.
Reduced Repair Cost 'IRM'
Our repair network offers a dual estimating option designed to maximise the Intelligent Repair Method (IRM). Wherever possible we will offer two repair options. One allowing for total parts replacement and the other showing where parts can be repaired. These are not just for panels, but, include bumpers and even headlights. The 'IRM' has proven to save upwards of 30% on some vehicle repairs.
